What does it mean to govern?
To “govern” means to extract from nature that portion necessary for humans to survive. Fair governance means that nature is providing each human with enough resources to survive. Unfair governance means that the technology used in order to extract what a human needs to survive is held by a few people for their benefit. Classifications, i.e. food, shelter, land, etc., are constructed to support distribution.
In my opinion, distribution of resources is the only reason to create classifications not only for distribution of resources from particular sources, but also for distribution of the quality of resources to different types of groups.
Artificial intelligence in the courts …
Today, no court opinions speaking about the use of artificial intelligence were found in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals-4th Circuit, the U.S. District Court-District of Maryland, or the Supreme Court of Maryland.
